Right now, I have important emails I am waiting on, and it seems I cannot access my account until January 18th 2014. The current date is December 19th 2013. 

Does anyone know how to cancel this process or make it faster?

All I wanted to do initially was to attach my email security to my phone, so in the case that I had lost my account I can receive help through my phone.
