Everything was working fine until 23rd October. For some reason Windows Live Mail receives email addressed to the main user (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) but not alternate users (alison@mirabilis99... or david@mirabilis99....).

I've tested it multiple times, and only the main user receives messages now. When using the webmail service webmail.orange.co.uk or Mail on iOS, all messages are received correctly - it's only Windows Live Mail that's having problems. 

This is my parents' computer and I'm concerned Mum may have accidentally pressed something she shouldn't have.

Any ideas?
