I am still using Windows Live Mail as my email client but why is it that whether I add the sender and/or the sender’s domain to the Blocked Sender List, emails from the sender concerned still arrive in my Junk Folder? 

Is there any way to prevent receipt of emails added to the Blocked Sender List and instead bounce them back to the sender concerned?
