I am using 8.1 and when I try to browse or clik some websites including social such as twitter; I am not able to access and I am getting strange replies such as:

ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT or 

This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.hightail.com didn’t accept your login certificate or your login certificate may have expired.
