There is a problem with windows live attaching photos. After sending, it goes directly to the outbox. error message reads "error while publishing photos"(0x800c0014) All settings and ports are correct & have not been changed since this problem started occurring a few weeks ago. I see others have this problem too. All your suggestions have failed.
