My Windows Live Mail downloaded this morning as normal...later this morning I tried to check my email and got this error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (Nailgun77) account.

Server Error: 3219
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

Does anyone know what this means and how to resolve the issue?
