Hello,

I used clips from my GoPro to create a video. I have spent hours editing, including splitting clips into multiple clips to erase unnecessary parts that take up time. I added music which took time to adjust the volume in different parts of the video. It took me forever and ended up being a 24 minute long video. I say all this to show how much I do not want to have to start all over on this project. I have tried to save it multiple times. On the best attempt, it will get to 49%, never more, and then show an error screen that states that it cannot be saved due to missing or corrupted files and several of the files have the yellow triangles. None of the files are missing or corrupted. They are MP4 files which are supposedly now supported by Movie Maker. They are all from the same camera and are in the same folder so I do not understand why it is saying only some of the files are missing or corrupted. I have read other's threads on this same issue and I have seen the responses but I am hesitant to try to update the program because I don't know if my project will still be saved. I have no idea what Codecs are and no idea how to check mine or download more. My computer has plenty of memory. I updated the video driver. I am so frustrated as I have been trying to save this thing for 2 weeks to no avail. After working so hard on it, I hate to see the project go to waste. Can anyone please help me get this thing saved? Thank you in advance.
