I have spent many hours creating a video that is now 1hr and 15mins long with 900+ pictures, transitions and music. I have used this program for several years and created 10+ videos with the same amount of pictures/transitions etc. I can't get the video to save into a movie this time though. I am using a new computer because my other one crashed. I am wondering if I need to add a certain program that I may have had before.

I am not opposed to breaking up the longer video into shorter versions, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

I need to show this New Year's Eve night (tomorrow) so time is of the essence! Help!!

What is the format of the video source files? It may be a problem with Windows default codecs.

Note the file extension of or video file.

Download K-Lite Codec Pack Basic: https://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_basic.htm

Go to Codec Tweak utility and disable Media Foundation for the video file format that’s in your project.

This switches the default encoder to LAV.

    It fixed my problem.
