I have just upgraded to Windows 10 and the Windows lIve Mail 2012 program could not run properly.

Unable to send or receive messages for the *.com account. Header download for the ‘Inbox’ folder did not complete. The host *.com’ could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.

Server Response: Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.
    Server: *.com’
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
    Protocol: IMAP
    Port: 993
    Secure(SSL): Yes

However, the settings are are OK when I use the mail apps installed with windows 10.

Any advise how to solve the issue?
