I think I have tried everything.  I have the latest version of the program.  My driver has the most current software.  I tried changing the video files from mpeg-4 to wmv.  I installed Shark007 codecs and another codec program.  I tried running Fix It (but it failed) - maybe there is something going on here?  

Please help me...I am so frustrated.

This is what it looks like - you can see that all the videos and images are showing up fine..but then a black image pops up for the video...
