I spent an hour composing a difficult email and just as I sent it my internet connection failed so it was sat in the out box.

When I restarted the computer later it was still in the out box but in Windows Live Mail the message "Message cannot be found" along with "the contents of this message cannot be found"

Is there any way of getting the message displayed or is it lost forever

I tried restarting and also a previous restore point but no luck
