Upgraded my Mac to the official latest release of El Capitan now my Outlook 2011 freezes trying to connect to exchange. Cannot Upgrade to Office 2016 due to the Exchange being 2007 and is not supported. If I quickly turn outlook to Offline all is well except don't get emails. As soon as I turn if Online after 5-10 seconds I get the constant spinning Wheel. This happens on both Macbook Pro and iMac. Common Microsoft you knew El Capitan was being released so why has nothing been done to rectify the problem before the official release of El Capitan. Catch a WAKE UP!!!! Very Slack!!!! No wonder I hate Microsoft. Back to iMail it is for now then.

Me too! I don’t know if this is a Microsoft problem or an Apple problem, but it is certainly now my problem. If it isn’t corrected and promptly, then I will be forced to move over to the Microsoft operating system… and good by to Apple. I have to have Office and Outlook operational.
